Do not use... Not helpful... There is a Toyota rental place in Marion that will probably be much more accommodating.
Jared at the Harrisburg office is awesome and always accomodating to my wife and I. I have had 1 small problem, but it is already being looked into and was the cause of an employee who is no longer with the company. All in all, these guys have been great. And for the guy who said there isnt many cars to choose from...if you want a certain vehicle, you can easily download the app and reserve one. I reserve all my vehicles and have never had any problems. Thank you Enterprise!
When I arrived to the office Brittany was very knowledgeable and very helpful. My insurance set up the rental to pick up in Harrisburg. I got a call 20 minutes before I was supposed to pick up the car and informed me the car was not there. I then had to drive to Marion to get it. When dropping off the vehicle no one was in the office. I waited over an hour and the Marion location said someone would be here in 5 minutes. Then the employee got here and let a different person cut ahead of me knowing I had been waiting. Will not use again
