they charged what they quoted and did the job in the time frame they anticipated

Just overall it has been a very unprofessional experience.
Crooked/shady threats, says he'll junk or sell your car if you don't pick it up when he says.
Calls my mother saying "why doesn't her son be a man and call him" (when I've received no calls from him) and been in a different state entirely on national guard duty.
Crappy customer service waited a good week for him to actually come get the car to look at it.
We will NEVER go there again. They charged us for repairs that were not made and refused to give us a refund. Very upsetting!
