I washed my brand new car and WOW the brush scartched my whole car and trying to get someone to call me back is like pulling a tooth that isn't loose I went and got an estimate and it won't be too bad BUT due to principle I may have to hire an attorney how crazy is this the previous owners would have NEVER blew me off like this I was told this was car wash was called by another name and I got ahold of them and to my surprise they was willing to help me with the problem and then we realized I had been givin the wrong information on the car wash and I apologized profusely and carried on with my digging and I called and called and called the number on the car wash and I was givin another number to call I did so and again I called I leave messages every time I call this person and still nothing WOW what a mess my brand new car is soooooo scratched up it looks and feels horrible!!!! What to do????
