Pulled a badly infected tooth instead of prescribing an antibiotic and allowing the infection to go away before removing the tooth, putting me at risk as I was told by another dentist. Then continues to bill me for a small balance my insurance didn't cover!
Terrible customer service. My fiancé and I have been trying to pay her bill for months now over the phone and no one can seem to answer - and they have the audacity to charge us "late interest!" We're not paying a dime until they call us.
LOVE them! I switched over to Stricklin from another dentist and have absolutely no regrets. He's the best around here and recommend him to everyone.
Worst dentist ever
Called to get a cap that fell off replaced. Office was very nice and clean. The receptionist was very nice and DDS Stricklin has a good bedside manner. Will see again
