Rick and his whole team are wonderful. My husband passed away in December, Rick and his wife came to his funeral. His office sent a beautiful card. Rick has sent a couple of cards and called just to see how I am doing. His girls are so nice whenever I call with questions. They totally changed all our policies into my name so I didn't have to worry about it.
I had some damage when a tree fell on my garage and smashed the roof, and my truck. No hassle on this one. Took some pictures and e-mailed them to the office. Got an estimate and they did all the rest. Rick negotiated a price with the contractor for repairs and then wrote me a check for everything but the deductible. I even got paid for my time doing the cleanup around my building. My vehicle was handled in a similar fashion. I got some estimates and Rick wrote me a check. Then they arranged for a rental car while my truck is in the shop. First claim I had in 20 years but all is going smoothly so far.
