3.5. Breakfast was good. Sausage and eggs. No bugs, everything was mostly clean, there were some smudges on tv and headboard though, and a stain on the wall. But other than that everything was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The first room we were put in had stains all over the bed, sheets and blankets. The lights and alarm clock did not work either. We then went down and asked to be put into a different room. After dirty looks from the staff, we were moved to a different room. The second room was not terrible however the blankets and sheets were stained. When I called and asked for a different set of sheets and blanket, I was told that they did not have any extra. Someone then came up, washed our set and returned back to our room. The A/C in both rooms barley worked, let alone cool off the room. The cockroaches spotted throughout the hotel added a little bit of additional fun to our stay. I did not (would not) eat breakfast at the hotel. However the rest of our wedding party did and from what they said, it was not good at all. The entire staff needs to be retrained! I was asking basic questions about the amount being held from my card, if the amount was being held or withdrawn from the account, what name would show up on the statement, was it a freeze/hold or was is going to be a full charge.... and nobody had answers! I did not feel safe and/or comfortable giving my card to the staff. Did I mention the internet was not working all weekend long?... Overall, one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at...
This was an adequate hotel. I could hear the TV in the room next to us. The pool is very small. Large enough to play with the kids, but not enough for lap swim. They did have a lift for those who need accessibility. Breakfast was not impressive. Apparently their truck had been delayed, but surely they could have run to the store for things like pepper or peanut butter for toast.
Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Convienent location. Very nice staff.
Not happy with my stay. I stayed 3 nights and was constantly being bothered by housekeeping. But yet the hotel is VERY dirty. The stair wells are covered in spider webs and dead crickets. The sheets are stained and so are the matress and matress covers. Breakfast was free thats a plus but the eggs aren't edible. Need A LOT of improving. Would not recommend or ever cone back to this hotel.
