I like the quality of their products and they are pet friendly...worth the little higher prices...and the lay away plan is awesome for us poor people on fixed incomes.
Slow getting help. Had to run someone down and had to ask twice. Had to interpret worker visiting. Stood there as long as I was going to.
Sometimes the employees are nice and helpful, other times they are rude and won't help. You never know.
